How To Use our online order system
Our shopping cart system is designed to be simple and intuitive to ensure you may order from us easily and conveniently. You do not need to pre-register to begin buying using our online order system.
Online Shopping
Browse our shopping pages to locate the items you wish to select. Some
products may offer options (colour, size, quantities, etc) - select the
specification that you prefer, then click the adjacent ADD TO BASKET
button.
(1) Your Current Order
The shopping page that you are on will refresh and towards the top right-hand
corner you'll see a summary of your current shopping basket contents.
you can remove items from your basket by clicking the small X icon adjacent
to any item. When you are ready to complete your order, click the CHECKOUT
button below the summary
(2) Customer Registration
This is part 2 of the 3-stage order completion sequence. If you have ordered
from us before you'll have been issued with a unique password by email.
Enter your email address and your password, you'll be directed straight
to the paymant page without having to enter all your contact information
again. If you are a new customer just enter your email address to begin
the customer registration process.
(2A) Customer Details
New customers need to register their contact information at that section.
(3) Order Summary and Payment Method
On the final page you will clearly see details of the items you are ordering
and your own contact details that you have entered. You should check
everything carefully to ensure correctness - there are options here to
return to any part of the order process to change your order or your
contact information. When you are satisfied that everything is correct
you simply need to select your payment option from those available (see
info below), then click the PAY NOW button.
We offer a choice of payment options.
Which ever method you choose, a comprehensive ORDER SUMMARY page is generated
that you may immediately print for your records. You will also receive
a duplicate of the ORDER SUMMARY sent to your email address.
Technical Notes
Our ordering system should operate perfectly on all recent browsers and
most older ones.
To avoid any potential problems you should ensure that 'sessions' are enabled
Some ISPs and email service providers use poor quality SPAM filtering and this may automatically treat your order confirmation email as spam, thus preventing it from reaching you. If you do not receive your order confirmation email this will certainly be the case - please contact us directly and we will confirm receipt of your order.
