Good are dispatched in accordance with the availability message displayed on each product page.
We offer free home delivery to most areas within the UK mainland, sadly we have to charge extra for some areas. You can calculate your shipping costs by going to the cart (click here) and adding your postcode to the shipping calculator, the available services will be displayed.
Our range of spare parts is excluded from our free delivery offer. Orders for spare parts are charged at a delivery fee of £10 per order. Please allow 7-14 working days for spare parts delivery. If you provide a mobile number and/or email address you will receive a delivery notification and ETA by email or SMS.

- We aim to dispatch all goods within 10 working days, however usually we are much faster. Dispatch time is subject to availability, this is displayed on each product page.

- You will receive a text and/or email from the carrier, XDP to confirm delivery details.
You can track your parcel at the bottom of this page or at XDP.co.uk, you will need your postcode and consignment number.
Leave Safe Policy
If you leave us details in the order comments such as "leave with neighbor" we will pass these along to the carrier as special instructions. We cannot guarantee that this will happen and you may be carded and asked to rearrange delivery.

Buyers should note that whilst we will of course pay all carriage costs for faulty or damaged items.
if you wish to return the goods for any other reason, liability for return postage lies with the buyer. We can arrange to collect items for you at an additional cost. All charges will be agreed with the buyer before collection is organised. The amount will be deducted from any refund.
If you would like to request a return please email email@example.com, with your name, collection address, order number and an outline of the reason for the return.
Damages & Lost Items
From time to time parcels go missing or get damaged in transit. Please check goods on arrival for damage and completeness.
All shipping labels are marked with the number of parcels you are expecting i.e. 1 of 4. Please check that you have all items before signing for delivery.
If you do have any problems, please call us immediately and we will do our best to get things resolved quickly.
In the event of damages please send photos of the damaged goods to firstname.lastname@example.org, along with your order and consignment number.
Using outside help for installation?
Although we supply our products for DIY assembly, some people choose to use local handyfolk or builders to install their products. We strongly advise that customers wait for good to be delivered and checked before booking any 3rd parties to assist with installation.
Sometimes, delivery does not go to plan - it's rare but better safe than sorry. An item may go missing or get lost by the couriers. Norfolk Greenhouses will not accept liability for the costs that may be incurred by customers for 3rd party contractors under any circumstances, including delivery failure that may prevent planned and paid for works from commencing.
